Under this scheme, the monthly installment has been fixed at a minimum of Rs 1000/- and its duration will be 6, 9, 10, and 11 months, the selection of which will be mandatory at the time of starting the scheme. However, even during the plan, the customer can change his selected time period to a plan with a longer period (6, 9, 10, 11).
• The discount will be given as per the selected period and in case of change in period, the discount will be given as per the changed period. Will be given. (It is necessary to inform in advance for change of period)
• Monthly installment can be paid through cash/demand draft/cheque in the name of AnopchandTilokchand Ornaments.
• Under this scheme, a pass book will be given to all the members. After depositing the installment every month, get the entry made in your passbook and check it and in case of any mistake, immediately inform the management and get it rectified.
• After the scheme period ends (360Days), members can purchase jewelery as per the amount deposited in the passbook plus discount.
• While purchasing jewellery, if its amount exceeds the amount deposited in the passbook and the discount, then the member will have to deposit the increased amount at the same time.
• If the value of the purchased jewelery is less than the amount deposited in the passbook and the discount, then that amount will not be returned to that member but whenever that member buys any jewelery in future, the remaining amount will be adjusted in it, tax extra.
• No reminder will be sent from our side for every monthly installment.
• Full or half of the installment amount can be deposited even before the scheduled month. No discount/gift voucher will be taken in lieu of each monthly installment.
• If the installment is delayed by 1 week from the scheduled date, a discount of 0.02 percent per day will be deducted. (i. e. 0.02% Per day).
• Under this scheme, you can avail tax on the purchase of coin, sovereign, biscuit, piece or gold which is not in the form of jewellery. Any type of discount will not be valid.
• If a member voluntarily withdraws his/her name from this scheme before/after the deposit period then no discount will be given to him/her. The price of gold on the day you buy jewelery will be valid. This scheme will not be combined with any scheme or other discount being run by us at any time. We have full right to make any changes in this scheme without any prior notice. This scheme can be closed by us at any time. If this happens then the member can buy any jewelery according to the amount deposited in his account till that time.
• If any kind of dispute arises under this scheme, it will be settled in Raipur Court.
• It is mandatory to deposit each monthly installment on the date on which the scheme starts or by 2 days more than that.
• It is mandatory to make purchase within 360 days of the commencement of the scheme. 360 days will start with the first installment only. If the customer does not make a purchase within 360 days, then the scheme will be withdrawn and the deposit will be returned without any discount.
• It is mandatory to provide identity proof/bank details. (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, DL, PAN Card) If any monthly installment is not deposited, the discount amount will be cancelled.
• At the time of depositing the installment amount, it will be mandatory for the customer to mention his full name in the deposit slip and it will be mandatory to inform our account department by phone (0771-2524711) within seven days of depositing the amount.
