"Diamond Club" plan is offered by ANOPCHAND TILOKCHAND ORNAMENTS, under this plan there is group of 100 members. Customer can purchase multiple seat, provided there are under different names and number.

This is a 12 Month Plan each month customer need to deposit 10,000/- rs. The payment should be received between 1st to 10th of each month, else customer name will be excluded from the current and subsequent Draw.

Once the group of 100 members is formed. Only then Scheme will start. Then the next subsequent month 1st draw will take place and Following lucky draws will take place in subsequent month. Following is the discount on lucky draw:-

4.Draw will be conducted on 15th of every month and it will be conveyed to customer via WhatsApp. However there can be changes in date in case of any act of god or public holidays or any other external reasons. Therefore, Please add +917712524711 in customer contact list so that customer can get the broadcast message update.
5. Lucky draw winner can only purchase jewellery ( no gold or silver coin or bullion).
6. Rest of the customer whose name didn't appear in lucky draw they will receive making charges benefit only after the successful payment of 12th INSTALLMENT.
7. After successful payment of 12th INSTALLMENT, customer whose name didn't appear in lucky draw will receive 25% discount on making charges of diamond and silver jewellery and 10% discount on making charges of gold jewellery. Customer can also redeem Gold Coin from this plan, however no discount on making will be provided on coin or bullion.
8. In case the Customer does not redeem within 400 days, A discount voucher with the discount amount will be provided to the customer, which can be utilized only to purchase jewellery of a value that is equal to or greater than the full value of INSTALLMENTs paid.
9. Refunds under the Plan, if any, will be made by way of cheque in the name of the account holder as specified in the Enrolment Form or by online transfer to the bank account as specified in the Enrolment Form, and no cash refund shall be permissible.
10. ANOPCHAND TILOKCHAND ORNAMENTS does not take any responsibility or liable to send payment or lucky-draw reminder.
11. Customer can fix gold rate after 6th INSTALLMENT.
12. This Plan cannot be combined with any other Discounts or offers and will be treated individually.
13. All the amount deposited or gifted needs to be billed in a single transaction and no part purchase or part payment is allowed.
14. Customer can buy a higher amount of item and can adjust Diamond Club gifts from it in a single bill.
15. Customer cannot close or stop the plan. In case customer do not deposit/withdraw or choose to exchange with jewellery then 50% of 1st month deposit will be deducted.
16. ANOPCHAND TILOKCHAND ORNAMENTS reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the Plan without prior notice to the customer/account holder
17. ANOPCHAND TILOKCHAND ORNAMENTS is the operator of this Plan and reserves the right to suspend the Plan at any time.
18. Any conditions that are not explicitly covered above would be the discretion of the Company at the time of transaction/redemption. The decision of ANOPCHAND TILOKCHAND ORNAMENTS in this regard would be deemed as irrevocable and final.
19. Disputes if any will be subject to the Courts in Raipur jurisdiction only
